On Sizing…

Our sizes run in standard sizes: Small (4-6), Medium (8-10), Large (12-14) Extra Large (16-18)

Larger sizes are available upon request - please call us to review your measurements before placing an order. 

All pieces are standard sizing unless advised on the item description. Please read the item description of the product before purchasing to make sure you are buying the correct size. 

Sizes run true to size. 

 

On Fabrics...

We work with a premium fabrics that are SPF/UVB protective 

 

On How Long Your Custom Order Will Take…

If you’re shopping in our store, a custom swimsuit will take about a week.

If you’re shopping online and purchasing in standard sizing then we’ll ship your order within three to five business days..

 

On Returns…

At Bathing Belle, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we’re here to make sure you're satisfied with your order.

FIRST, PLEASE CHECK YOUR CART ITEMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING TO CHECK OUT.

We are not liable for wrong information given to us. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing order. 

How to Initiate a Return:

To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Be returned within 10 days of your delivery date.
  2. Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  3. Be returned with original tags and packaging.

SALE ITEMS: Items marked "Sale" or discounted with a promo code are final sale, and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

FULL PRICED ITEMS: Eligible for exchange or store credit.

CUSTOM ORDERS: All custom orders are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or store credit.

IN-STORE RETURNS: Full priced items purchased online can be exchanged or returned in-store for store credit.

*We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping.

**All return refunds are given of the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Unworn items must be returned with tags attached and in original packaging - with hygiene liner still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the hygiene stickers and tags on our products have been removed or tampered with.

Customer is responsible to send back the garments to the address provided with the returns form filled out in FULL with order number.

Exchanges will be given store credit for the price of the garment to repurchase your correct items by placing a new order online.

Returns & exchanges are processed within 2 business days after the item is received and checked. A confirmation email will be sent when your item is refunded or exchanged and returned.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $30 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.

On Shipping…

All orders are shipped with an approximate delivery time of 5-10 business days depending on the service chosen at check out. Delivery to rural and regional areas can incur longer delivery times, regardless of the shipping service selected.

Please allow us up to 3 business days to process your order. 

We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Please provide a phone number when ordering from our site in case we need to reach you regarding your order. Please note at times unexpected delays may occur which Bathing Belle has no control over and is not responsible for.  

*Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.  If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening, please look out for any delivery attempt notifications and use the 'Track my order' feature located on the confirmation email.

Please note we are not accountable for any orders that have been marked as delivered nor where delivery attempts have been made. 

 

On Customs Clearance & Taxes...

Please be aware that Bathing Belle is not liable for customs clearance fees in your country, nor are we responsible for holding times of packages by customs. 

The prices on our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country.

These costs are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. You can use dutycalculator.com to help.

Bathing Belle is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs/duties/taxes. Please keep an eye on your shipment when tracking number is provided to avoid delays.

On Swimwear Care...

Caring for your swimwear is important. Make sure you follow the simple steps to keeping your swimwear in optimal condition.

DO NOT dry clean or wash in warm or hot water.

DO NOT iron or leave in the sun.

DO hand wash in cold water.

DO lay flat, out of direct sunlight to dry as this may cause colour to fade and damage material.

DO avoid contact with rough surfaces.

DO make sure that sand is removed from your suit as this can dry out the fabric. 

DO store in a dry place where air flows frequently to avoid moisture damage.
